Empathy Afterplant Tree & Shrub 1kg is a specialist RHS-endorsed feed designed to support the healthy establishment and ongoing growth of evergreen trees, shrubs, and hedging plants. Ideal for Buxus (box), bay trees, camellias, yew, conifers, and all types of evergreen hedging, this formulation helps maintain strong root systems and vibrant foliage throughout the year.

Application guidance:

• For plants in the ground, apply 1–2 handfuls (25–50g) around the base and water well

• Larger established plants require 2 handfuls per square metre under the canopy

• For box hedging, use 1 handful per metre

• For container plants and topiary, apply 2–3 handfuls per plant twice yearly

For new plantings, use pure rootgrow™ mycorrhizal fungi at planting time to establish a strong root system. Rootgrow fungi bond with plant roots, extending their reach for water and nutrients, improving drought tolerance, and enhancing nutrient uptake even in poor or heavy soils.
