Airtight Part L Hinge Down Loft Hatch AT35 is insulated to meet Part L of the building regulations, and the AT35 is airtight in positive, and negative air pressures at 50Pa. The loft hatch is designed specifically to meet the stringent demands required for new properties to ensure they are airtight, and well insulated. This hatch is easy to install, and is very tidy as it only protrudes by 2mm into the ceiling space.
